If you are having a problem with one of our titles, please try to include the following information in your message:
- The name of the product you are having the problem with.
- The type and version of machine (e.g. iPhone 4 or iPad 2).
- The OS version (e.g. iOS 5.1) on your machine.
- Any specific steps taken to make the problem occur.
